Privacy policy

Roble Jama Juridik is the data controller for the processing of personal data in connection with enquiries and engagements. Contact us at roble@roblejama.se with any questions.

roblejama.se is a static website. It has no database, no user accounts and no form servers. The contact form only helps you write a summary of your case. When you press send, your own email app or WhatsApp opens and the message is sent from there, by you. Nothing you type is sent to or stored by this website.

The website is served by GitHub Pages (GitHub Inc., USA), which as a web host can see your IP address in its operational logs but never receives anything you write in the form.

When you choose to contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone, we process:

• Name
• Email address and/or phone number
• Legal area (social welfare, employment or migration law)
• Your description of the case
• Preferred contact method (Teams, Zoom, phone, email, in person)

Sensitive data: Your case may contain sensitive personal data (for example about health, criminal matters, family circumstances, ethnicity or social services matters). You choose yourself what to include in your description.

• Handling your enquiry and replying with a legal assessment: the legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, for sensitive data, explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a)).
• Performing the engagement if your enquiry leads to an agreement: the legal basis is contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Bookkeeping if the enquiry leads to an engagement: the legal basis is a legal obligation (the Swedish Accounting Act).

• Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted no later than 24 months after the last contact.
• Ongoing cases are kept for as long as the case is active plus the time required by the Swedish Accounting Act (7 years for invoicing records).

Your data reaches us through the channel you choose and is then processed only by Roble Jama Juridik. Note that the channel you choose has its own provider:

• Email: your and our email providers transmit the message.
• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd): messages are end-to-end encrypted, but WhatsApp processes metadata under its own privacy policy.

Data is not disclosed to any other parties, unless required to carry out the engagement (for example to a counterparty, authority or court with your approval) or required by law or a court order.

• Access: you may request a copy of your data.
• Rectification: incorrect data shall be corrected.
• Erasure ("right to be forgotten"): you may ask us to delete your data, unless the law requires us to keep it (for example the Accounting Act).
• Restriction of processing in certain cases.
• Data portability: you may receive your data in a machine-readable format.
• Withdrawal of consent: you may withdraw your consent at any time. Processing carried out before the withdrawal is not affected.
• Complaints to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY): you may lodge a complaint at imy.se if you believe we are in breach of the GDPR.

roblejama.se uses no cookies, no Google Analytics and no other third-party tracking. The website is a static site that sets no identifiers in your browser.

• All traffic to the website is encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
• The website has no database and stores no visitor data.
• There are no logins: your data exists only in the correspondence you have sent and is visible only to Roble.

We may update this policy. The date of the latest update is shown at the top. Significant changes are announced on the website.
