Social welfare law
- Appeal against an authority decision: from SEK 3,000
- Written statement to social services: from SEK 2,500
- LVU case: Free of charge*
Employment law
- Review of a dismissal: from SEK 2,500
- Negotiation with your employer: from SEK 5,000
- Damages claim: from SEK 8,000
Migration law
- Written statement to the Swedish Migration Agency: from SEK 3,000
- Appeal to the Migration Court: from SEK 6,000
- Supplementary submission/reply: from SEK 2,000
* In LVU cases the state pays for your public counsel. The prices above are guide prices excluding VAT. If you have home insurance, its legal expenses cover may pay a large part of the cost. Hourly rate SEK 1,800. Payment via Swish, card or invoice.
